SOCK QUESTIONS

What size are your socks?

All of our socks are unisex, one size fits most. We have several weave styles (weave style is listed under each product) with different attributes:

Athletic Knee Socks – our stretchiest socks! Our athletic knee socks are known for their incredible stretch, perfect snugness (they really do stay up through all kinds of activity) and luxe cushion foot. These socks are appropriate for lean and muscular legs alike; they fit to the knee from 5’ – 6’2” and foot sizes from a women’s 6 to a men’s 15.5.

Dress Knee Socks – these socks feature a thinner weave making them ideal to wear with loafers, oxfords and other dapper footwear. While stretchy, these socks are best suited to lean to average legs. They fit to the knee on persons 5’-5’10” tall. Dress Knee Socks comfortably fit women’s 6 – men’s 12.5 foot size

Dress Crew Socks – these socks feature all of the stretch and fit attributes of our Dress Knee Socks except they don’t reach so high! As crew socks, these styles are designed to reach no further than mid-calf.

Where are your socks made?

Our socks are currently made in both the USA and China. All of our kid’s socks and our adult crew socks are made in the USA. A portion of our adult knee socks are made in a WRAP-certified factory in China, the rest are made in the USA. We are in the process of returning all of our production to the USA. 

Can I have a custom sock made?

We accommodate special order designs as production permits. The minimum quantity is 600 pair/style. If that is a quantity you can handle, please email us with details about your project at info@gumballpoodle.com.

Where are you located?

Our office is smack-dab in the middle of busy downtown Los Angeles.

Can I find your socks in a store near me?

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted. No C.O.D. orders, sorry!

What is your return/exchange policy?

No returns, sorry! Exchanges are accepted on damaged merchandise only. If an exchange is required, Gumball Poodle must be contacted within 5 days of order receipt to arrange exchange. For exchanges, email shop@gumballpoodle.com - be sure to list your order number and “EXCHANGE” in the email subject line.

How do you ship?

All orders ship from our Sparks, NV warehouse. All orders ship via USPS First Class; orders placed before 5 pm will ship the next business day, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 5 pm PST will ship on the second, subsequent business day (ex. an order placed at 8pm Monday will ship on Wednesday). 

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship within the United States, however we do plan to roll out international shipping options soon. If you are located outside of the US, please email us at shop@gumballpoodle.com to ensure your country gets top priority in our international shipping program!

How long will my order take to arrive?

According to the USPS, First-Class mail features delivery within 3-5 business days. Note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed; tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you when your order ships. Please refer to your tracking number and the USPS website for further information about your shipment.

 

What happens if a sock I want becomes sold out?

It may be coming back or is a seasonal style. Email us at shop@gumballpoodle.com to find out.

 

WHOLESALE

How do I become a retailer?

To set up a wholesale account, please email sales@gumballpoodle.com with your contact name, phone number and business name and address. A reseller permit number and brick and mortar location or dedicated online shopping cart are also required. We look forward to working with you!
