What socks can I include in my gift box? Any full price products available on our retail site may be included in a Custom Gift Box.

How many socks can I include in my gift box? Our Custom Gift Boxes are designed to hold 6 pairs of socks

Can a message be included in my gift box? Yes! Please add your gift message on the cart page when placing your order - this will print on the packing slip that is included in the box. No prices appear on the packing slip 😊

Are invoices included in my gift box?: Nope! We only email a copy of the invoice to the purchaser; a packing slip that does not show any pricing will be included with the box.

Can I exchange socks I received in a gift box for other styles on your site?: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges at this time. If you receive damaged product please alert us immediately so we can make things right!

How do I buy multiple boxes?: If you want to ship a gift box to multiple people, please enter each box as a separate order. If you know someone so fabulous they deserve 2+ gift boxes those can be placed as a single order.

Can I ship a gift box internationally? Unfortunately, no. We have suspended our international shipping program until further notice due to repeated, significant delays and lost packages. We’ll resume international shipping as soon as we believe carriers are able to take care of your packages the way we would!

How will the boxes ship? All gift boxes will ship via USPS 1st Class.
