Shipping

We ship directly from our warehouse in Fulton, MO.

Orders placed before 2 PM CST typically ship the same business day and orders placed after 2 PM CST typically ship the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Orders over $50 to addresses in the contiguous United States ship free! Orders under $50 to addresses in the United States ship for a flat rate of $5.

 

Our default shipping method for retail orders is USPS 1st class. You can upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail or Priority Express at checkout for an additional cost. All delivery dates listed at check out are estimated dates and cannot be guaranteed by Gumball Poodle. 

 

Once picked up by your chosen shipping method, Gumball Poodle is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, or packages delayed by the US Postal Service. 

 

A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when your order ships. Please refer to your tracking number for further information about your shipment.

 

As of October 1, 2021, USPS is slowing delivery for many mail routes. This may increase delivery time by up to 30%. For more information on this and other USPS changes, read here.  

 

We also offer shipping to Canada via USPS. Rates are shown at checkout. We hope to offer international shipping to more countries in the future!

  

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

The fastest and easiest way to get to the bottom of a shipping issue is to contact the shipping company directly as they can provide more detailed information regarding the whereabouts of your package. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns. Exchanges are accepted on damaged merchandise only. If an exchange is required, Gumball Poodle must be contacted within 5 days of order receipt. Please contact us at shop@gumballpoodle.com and include your order number with “EXCHANGE” in the subject heading.
